THE BLUE TAGINE 

 I'm Alex. A French, American, Italian married to a Moroccan. I grew up watching my mom cook up delicious Mediterranean dishes. I always loved being in the kitchen, watching and cooking alongside my mom and sister. My sister and I were the self deemed bakers of the house and my mom the chef. Now as a mom of my own to two small children, I have loved exploring my mom's old recipes and drawing inspiration from my French, Italian roots. As soon as my husband and I met, I instantly fell in love with Moroccan cuisine as well. I love experimenting with mixing and matching old recipes and flavors to create a Mediterranean fusion of sorts. Sweet and salty combinations are my weakness. Here I share my take on the world of tagines and pissaladieres!
