Easy French Crepes

These crepes are a simple and delicious way to start off a weekend morning. Dress them any way you'd like! Bon appetit!


Look no further for the simplest, yet fail-proof crepes! These have the perfect hint of sweet, making them totally customizable. Lip smacking good!


Here's what you'll need

  • All purpose flour

  • Granulated sugar

  • Eggs

  • Milk (preferable dairy, but feel free to try it out with any milk alternatives)

  • Butter (if you use salted butter, omit the added salt in the recipe)

Mix the dry and the wet separately (don't forget to let the butter cool befe adding to the wet ingredients). Then combine until lumps disappear and voila, your batter is ready for the pan! Make sure to use a non-stick pan for best results!

How to Serve

They pair well with

  • maple syrup

  • lemon and sugar

  • sweet mascarpone and berry compote

  • nutella and bananas

  • any other combo you can think of!

They also work as savory crepes if you simply omit the sugar.
